Fr « Je ne veux surtout pas hurler au plagiat, mais cette édition vierge d'un quotidien est clairement une idée de coup média qui a déjà été faite auparavant. Le problème c'est qu’Al-Nahar vient de remporter un Grand Prix aux Cannes Lions pour cette idée pas si neuve. Je peux comprendre que le contexte compte et aussi la manière dont il a été conçu, mais cela mérite-t-il la distinction suprême? Pour moi c'est non! Jugez vous même! Je suis curieux d'avoir votre avis la dessus... »

Fr « Les deux campagnes montrent une série de portraits d'hommes politiques qui essaient de se retenir de péter. Et moi, je me retiens... de crier au plagiat! Si ils ont cru que j'en avais rien à péter, c'est raté. »

Eng “In both of these movies the idea is identical : you see a guy with a painful shoulder. And you finally understand why : because he's so nice and professional that every client he met wants to give him a friendly slap on it!”

Fr « Ces deux films s'ouvrent sur un homme à l'épaule douloureuse et meurtrie. On comprend vite pourquoi : Il est si aimable et professionnel que tous ses clients lui donnent des claques amicales sur le bras tout au long de la journée! À se demander si Total ne s'est pas fait taper l'idée? »

Eng “Copy paste x 1000? An advertising idea already done for a sports media in France. It was a ghost ad that won an open contest, but still it's the exact same idea and a very close execution. If it's a copycat, I would call this a dirty move.”

Fr « Ça serait un comble que cette campagne gagne un Lion après avoir déjà remporté un Chaton. Ça prouverait au moins que le niveau de ce concours créatif est loin d'être mauvais. Si c'est un plagiat, voilà une action qui manque sans conteste de fair-play! Copier - coller, coller, coller... un concept qui se démultiplie à l'infini? »

Eng “Both campaign promote fresher breath (by stoping tobacco or eating specific dog food) with a man kissing a dog like it was his girlfriend. I don't know what is the most embarrassing : this disgusting image or the fact that it is a blatant (and poor) remake of a previous award winning ad.”
