Fr « La vérité nue c'est qu'ils ont tout simplement pompé ce vieux Lion d'Or Cannois ni vu, ni connu, en espérant que le public tchèque n'y voit que du feu. Assez grotesque qu'un nouveau média sur tablette utilise une idée vieille de plus de 15 ans déjà utilisé par un magazine papier... une curieuse façon d'exprimer sa modernité. »

Eng “An idea found on the internet and recycled by graphic design students in Canada and in Germany. Considering that the number one source of inspiration for young creatives is the world wide web, these kind of coincidences should happen a lot in the near future.”

Fr « Niveau originalité ça commence à être un peu court. Une idée trouvée sur internet et doublement récupérée par des étudiants en design graphique et en publicité. Ils plaident tous non coupables, mais il est difficile de mesurer leur honnêteté. »

Eng “The truth here is that the idea is not original. It was done in a very similar way only 2 years ago in the same region. Ironically the claim is "Don't miss anything"... and they missed the fact that another brand used the same idea.”

Fr « Je me devais de lever le voile sur cette étonnante similarité visuelle. Et comme le disait Sam dans l'émission - Y'a que la vérité qui compte - "la vérité est derrière le rideau". Ici la vérité c'est que l'idée n'est pas neuve, et a été empruntée dans un pays voisin. Bref, niveau originalité ça ne casse pas des briques. »

They probably thought that nobody would ever notice this, but with internet it's harder and harder to dissimulate anything. I guess they have no fear of prosecution, considering the political context.”

Fr « Deux annonces un poil trop ressemblantes? Un hommage tellement surprenant et inattendu, que ça fera surement chaud au cœur des Israéliens de voir qu'ils ont des fans à Téhéran. »

Eng “It's so similar that I first thought it was some kind of a remake or a funny parody. But it's not funny and totally unlikely that the Romanian audience had been aware of this crazy japanese commercial... so it sounds more like a simple copycat directly produced by the client in a "I don't give a shit" way.”

Fr « On aurait pu croire à une parodie, un clin d'œil ou un hommage. Mais pour ça il aurait fallu que le grand public Roumain connaisse le spot original pour créer de la connivence, ce qui semble pour le moins improbable. Il s'agirait plutôt d'un bon recyclage discret réalisé directement par le client en mode "ni vu ni connu je t'embrouille". »
