Eng “Since a company named RAINCAMPAIGN® had developped a new printing system using water-repellent ink, several ad campaigns have used this trick (Continental tires for exemple). Why not... but here it's on the same business sector (to sell sunny holidays in a rainy country). I hope this won't travel to Cannes Festival...”

Fr « Depuis qu'une société a commercialisé un procédé d'impression waterproof, de nombreuses agences l'ont réutilisé pour communiquer. Ce qui est un peu dommage ici, c'est qu'il s'agît du même média et de la même idée, utilisée pour vendre du voyage au soleil. Les créatifs auraient-ils séché au moment de trouver du neuf? »

Eng “Don't expect me to close my mouth on this case. Even if it's for a good cause, it's so close that it's kinda suspicious. They did not dig too far to find this idea.”

Fr « Même si c'est pour la bonne cause, ça me laisse un peu bouche bée qu'on puisse recycler ainsi à peine deux ans après une idée primée d'un Lion d'Or au festival de cannes. Faut-il incriminer un trou d'inspiration? »

Eng “Nothing very original here. Always the same visual joke with gondolas looking like cars... In my opinion it works better with the "up!" because they also play with the name itself. Anyway, there's no point in doing this again and again...”

Fr « Toujours la même (remontée) mécanique! On a beau tirer sur le fil cette idée est usée jusqu'à la corde. Bref c'est pas ski se fait de plus créatif. »

Eng “They've changed the animals used on the paintings. An octopus and a frog have replaced the crab and the gannet... but it wasn't enough to mislead me. It's exactly the same idea as the famous 2000 Gold Lion campaign!”

Fr « Manque de chance cette grenouille était déjà une étrille qui elle-même avait un lion... Moralité : à vouloir piquer un crabe on finit toujours par se faire pincer. »
