I think that the Toyota one is very different. The VW is an exaggeration of testing whereas the Toyota is also showing extreme measures but I believe it is meant to be true. That is quite a striking difference. Sure, the idea of promoting the car via showing the safety standards is there for both but Toyota has something new and true in that area to communicate to the consumer.
