EN :The art of copycat... Another example of plagiarism and another denial from a famous agency. The fastcodesign blog (link above) explains that the creative team from Indonesia says it's a complete coïncidence. Very hard to believe in this case!

FR :Une idée qui court d'un pays à l'autre? Ce n'est pas la 1ere fois que la pub s'inspire directement d'un artiste, mais les créatifs plaident l'innocence, la coïncidence et le sculpteur original n'est pas crédité. Une histoire à dormir debout!

a greek artist called Kostas Varotsos designed “dromeas” aka the runner, far before 2007. it was placed at a central square of athens, the omonoia square.
